Ingredients:4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mixed vegetables.
1kg Basmati Rice5. Keep aside the fried vegetables.
250 gm mixed vegetables (carrot, French beans,6. Heat the ghee in a pan and sauté all the dry

200 gm Ghee7. When the spices are become brown add the half
50 gm cashew nutcooked Rice.
50 gm raisins8. Add all the fried vegetables.
1 Bay leaf9. Add salt and sugar according to taste.
4-5 Cloves10. Sprinkle the Rose water and cooked the whole
4-5 Cinnamonspreparation for 5-10 minute.
5-6 Green Cardamoms11. The Pulao is ready.
1/2 cup refined oil12. Serve it with Chicken curry(if non-veg) or any
1/2 cup Rose waterpreparation of paneer(if veg).
Salt and Sugar according to taste
